But seriously, while the internet and AI are a great resource. They remove the human factor, they forget to add in room for error or chaos. They plan with the idea that all moments will happen exactly according to their plans.

So what do we do when that doesn’t work for a real person traveling to a new place for the first time? We rely on experience, my experience, to see you through travel’s unexpected moments.

How do you make money—magic beans?

I earn industry commissions, never from surprise fees.

Most if not all travel comes with a built in concierge fee from the supplier. This means that whether or not you use an advisor, you’re still paying this fee. When using an advisor, the concierge fee is given to me. Your cost remains the same.

Some travel is non-commissionable, which means I do charge an advisor fee for my services as otherwise I would go unpaid. This is discussed in detail prior to any booking.

When should I get started?

The sooner the better!

Depending on what type of travel you are planning, you can book about 18 months out.

This allows for the most flexibility when booking. You will have access to the best rates, the best rooms/views.

You also have a longer period to make payments on your trip over time, instead of doing it all at once. 

Can you rescue me at 3 a.m. when my connection vanishes?

Night owls on duty, crisis averted.

Short answer: Yes, I am available to all of my traveling clients day or night.

Everything is figureoutable. Leave the stress to me.

Will I lose control of my travel?

Not at all!
